Report on the Asian Christian Jubilee

We came thirsting for God and left with cups overflowing.

GordonMore than three thousand disciples converged last June at the Philippine International Convention Center for “Believe,” the 2007 Asian Christian Jubilee. The Spirit truly moved to inspire, convict, and energize the fellowship of disciples from eight Asian nations, the Middle East, Micronesia, and North America.

presentation Attendees were quick to appreciate certain aspects of the event: the austere yet worshipful atmosphere, the mixed group prayer time Friday morning, the free evening time for longer fellowship, the well-tailored breakout classes. The plenary session and closing Sunday service featured Frank Kim and Gordon Ferguson, men of God who pointed us to soul-searching and forward-thinking.

We enjoin everyone to come to Manila again in 2009. Looking forward to that time!
