1989 Arrival of 28 disciples. 260 people in first church service. 400 baptisms in church’s 1st year!
1990 Anthony and Saun Galang led the church. First Asian Christian Jubilee “The Unshakeable Kingdom. Baguio and Cebu churches were planted.
1991 Asian Christian Jubilee “Nations Will Come To Your Light”
1992 Galangs led Bangkok church, John and Emily Brindgardner led here. First official HOPE Project “Manila We Can!”
1993 Asian Christian Jubilee “Turn The World Upside Down”. HOPE medical mission outreach program.
1994 World Leadership Conference and Asian Christian Jubilee “One Generation” Dr. Dave and Kimi Traver led 8 HOPE Projects throughout the city, including Smokey Mountain. The first HOPE Youth Corps (worldwide) held in Manila. Cagayan de Oro & Davao churches were planted.
1995 Preston and Sandie Shepherd returned to Manila to lead the church. Batangas, Laoag and Olongapo churches were planted.
1996 Asian Christian Jubilee “Pacific Rim of Fire”. Cesar and Jennifer Lopez led the Manila Church. Bacolod, General Santos, Legazpi and Zamboanga churches were planted.
1997 Established the first HOPE Youth Center (HYC) in Smokey Mountain.
1998 Asian Christian Jubilee. Formation of new sectors and regions.
1999 10th Year Anniversary Celebration in Quirino Grandstand. Dagupan and Iloilo churches were planted.
2000 Asian Christian Jubilee “Jesus 2000. Even greater things (J2K).” Established Baseco HYC.
2001 Established Payatas HYC with the help of HOPE Youth Corps. Tacloban church was planted.
2002 Pacific Rim Bible Talk Leaders conference “The Least of You Will Become A Thousand.” Nehemiah project was launched encouraging the disciples to rebuild the walls of the Pacific Rim.
2003 Formation of the MMCC Interim board and 11 congregational committees. Review of First Principles. Start of the HOPE Mobile Puppet Theater with the help of World Emergency Relief.
2004 Election of MMCC Board of Trustees
2005 Formation of MMCC congregational Committees. 3 year financial plan. Inauguration of Center of HOPE (Nayong Pag-asa) in Laguna with grant coming from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).
2006 Formulation of new financial plan. Placement of Congregational
Ministers for Staff, Campus/Youth Ministries, and Teaching.
Church-wide nominations and screening for Spiritual Leadership Group
and new Board of Trustees.
